Over the past 5 months since we have updated to TIPSOFT 4 we have had nothing but positive feedback from our office. TIPSOFT 4 is a user friendly program that enables the signed on user to access all aspects of the program and update as needed. Our Crime Stoppers program was not familiar with your product when we originally purchased a tip management program produced by another company, I am sorry to say that the first program, for many reasons, never worked for us. I have been working with the TipSoft Tip Management Software now for approximately 1 month. This is the easiest database I have ever used. It is very simple and straightforward, making it easy for anyone to use. The search capabilities are endless and finding previous tip information is a snap. The time saving feature of "E-Transfer", where tip data from an After Hours Answering Service can be transferred to your database through a secured, encrypted internet transfer will save hundreds of hours in retyping the data into your database. And another time saving feature I have found is that if you make a mistake in entering data such as transposing part of a code number, you can fix it without having to delete and re-enter the information.

The staff at Anderson Software and the owner, Kevin Anderson, have all been extremely helpful in setting up of the database and are very receptive to any suggestions that will help to improve the overall product.

I have found the statistical reports that you can generate with this software are not only professional in appearance, but are very flexible. It is very easy to extract the information needed. The Quarterly report that is due and required by the Texas State Advisory Council for all certified programs in Texas, are now as simple as a click of the mouse button, which prints the report so all you have to do is mail it on time."

I have found Tipsoft to be an excellent replacement for our current software program. The user interface was much friendlier and reports more customizable. I would like to take the time to let you know how well the TipSoft program is working. Our Crime Stoppers program incorporates schools within the City of Austin and Travis County, Texas. Our program uses TipSoft to manage tips for over 150 school campuses between three different law enforcement agencies. We now have the ability to manage our records at a central point and share with other agencies that also utilize TipSoft. The tasks of tip entry and dissemination has become much easier with TipSoft. I am very excited about the use of this new software. Our Crime Stoppers program is rapidly growing and TipSoft's technology will help us to keep up.

This new tip management software, TipSoft, has made tracking repeat callers much easier for us. The local agencies that have been receiving tip information in this format have really been impressed. The additional intelligence information that can be added to the basic tip saves the receiving agency a great deal of time. The report section of the program is very useful to report the status of the program during monthly meetings. These statistical reports are also being used to demonstrate the success of the program during fund raisers. We are very pleased with TipSoft and have been anxiously awaiting an easy to use software package of this caliber.
